I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas break. I had all my kids home and got to see lots of family. Even though I always enjoy breaks, I also look forward to getting back into the routine.
The kids have worked really hard this week and today we got to do some art. We made winter windows and bumblebees.
We made the bees because our letter this week was "B". We will continue to focus on one letter each week until we have covered them all.
We'll be starting some new things soon. I will explain AR testing to the kids next week and they will begin to work towards earning AR tags. We are going to be doing a lot more writing. I will be showing you examples of what we do in class and let you know how you can encourage your young writers. New and exciting things are coming and I will try to keep you informed.
