Luke's day was very busy so he had a lot to say.
We started the day by listening to the story by Dr. Seuss, "My Many Colored Days". It is about how different colors can make you feel different things. Mrs. Kyle told us to pick 4 colors and write about how each color made us feel.
Our class and Mrs. Brown's class and Mrs. Ray's class had to tell the school about the character trait of conviction. We practiced singing a song.
After we wrote sentences about 4 colors, we traced our hands 4 times and colored them with crayons and then painted over the whole thing with watercolor.
This is during our lesson about reading.
We are learning to count by 5's. We had jellybeans and put them in groups of 5.
Kase likes to build towers during center time.
